The Pink Edit: All Pink Outfits
On Wednesdays We Wear Pink.
At least once a year something or someone is going to require you to wear “all pink”. Whether it’s a bachelorette party, bridal shower, birthday theme, gender reveal, someone always wants you in PINK.
Even when the dress code is as specific as all pink, you’re inevitably going to text your friends, “what are you wearing?”. That’s because there are a thousand different ways to wear all pink and a thousand different sites to sift through.
But not you because I found all the best options and put them here!
Matching Sets
A matching set is the low maintenance option when it comes to all pink. It looks like you’re doing the most, when really the outfit is doing everything for you.
Denim
These would be perfect for a Nashville bachelorette party! I don’t see a lot of people doing pink denim sets, and you can easily wear these pieces separately after the event. NOT a one time wear situation.
Party Options
If your pink outfit falls on a clubbing/party night, try one of these two!
Brunch
Perfect day time looks! Pair the maxi skirt option with platform sandals, and the pleated skirt with socks and loafers!
What Goes with Pink?
Let’s pause and talk about what pairs well with pink.
Green is opposite to pink on the color wheel, so pairing the two creates a bold, eye catching look. If you gravitate towards blue more than green, try teal! Even though this is the “pink edit” you can still stand out an accessorize with other colors. Try emerald green earrings, or an olive green purse. Black and Gold also pair nicely with pink and can easily be incorporated with your accessories.
My favorite way to style pink is just with more pink. The whole point of this post is ALL PINK anyways, so this works out in both of our favors. If you are going for a monochromatic look try gold jewelry with a pink bag and pink shoes.
Maxi Dress
Formal
These are great for: bridesmaid dresses, formal dinners, or bridal showers (depending).
Casual
Try dressing this down with sneakers or slides and a high slick back pony!
Try pairing this slip dress with metallic sneakers, I will link a pair HERE.
I have this dress from amazon, and it is VERY comfortable. Super flattering too. I sized down because I wanted it to really suck me in, but the material is not firm enough for that. I still love it, but stick with your usual size (true to size)! I do think that the dress looks better braless, but unfortunately it is slightly see through, just a heads up!
Mini Dress
HOT PINK
Depending on the event you are shopping for sometimes there is a certain shade of pink you are assigned, or you just have a shade that you like better on you! Either way I will break the short dresses up into shade sections.
PINK PINK
This dress is from Bloomingdales is so chic and SUCH a good price for what you’re getting.
Baby Pink
I love this ruffle option for a beach location, pair it with a wedge heel.
