Lots of denim, t-shirts, cardigans, tights, mini skirts, and sweaters appeared on Jennifers character Rachel in Friends, but also on her in real life. I mean who doesn’t want to be comfortable and cute?
Look for casual versatile pieces you can mix and match starting with…
The Tee Shirt
Baby tees to be more specific
Her character Rachel styled these with leather jackets, mini skirts and denim. Dress it down with a sneaker or dress it up with a pointed toe boot (another Aniston Staple). Rather than todays “baby tees” that are really more like cropped tops. Look for graphic tees in your size or a size down to achieve this look (not oversized).
You can pair this outfit with a leather jacket, or a cream sweater on top to warm it up!
Rachel Green LOVED to pair a mini skirt with some tights and a baby tee.
To warm it up put pair this with a leather jacket and tall boots. To warm it up even more try a turtleneck! Rachel also rocked skorts and tailored shorts with tights, a great alternative if you need to make your outfit work appropriate.
Rachel liked denim, but Jen in real life LOVES it. Paired with a tank and sandals seems to be preferred. She also rocks sweaters, tees, and button ups.
look for baggy, boot cut, and low rise styles. We all know she loves Levis, so try looking at thrift stores in the mens section (thats were they hide all the vintage jeans).
Mens high rise jeans worn low on the waist is the easiest way to achieve this look.
She really is that girl
If she goes for a skinny jean its always boot cut, and with a thick leather belt.
Leather Jackets
A shared love between Jennifer and Rachel
Tan, red, brown, and black are the leather jackets in Jen’s rotation. Maybe a tad over indulgent for the everyday women, so I would start with tan and black if you don’t already have leather jackets in your arsenal.
Dress your leather jacket up with a skirt or a dress with heels.
Jen’s preferred way is to dress it down with a graphic tee/tank, and denim jeans.
And don’t forget your slouchy leather bag!

Accessories
Whether or not some of these were paparazzi deterrent or not she looked fabulous non the less.
A scarf, slim or oversized sunnies, chunky belt, and a slouchy black leather bag.
